The Wellbeeing foundation is looking for volunteers and interns who wish to lend their skills to assist our cause.

Available Positions
Graphic Design Volunteer
Location: Remote / On site
Commitment: Flexible, 8 hours a month, long term
Are you a creative soul with a love for sustainability and biodiversity? We are seeking a graphic design volunteer to help design and create infographics for our campaigns, websites, posters and flyers.
Your designs will play a crucial role in promoting our courses and raising awareness of our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design engaging content for our social medias, crowdfunding campaigns and event posters.
Preferred skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva.
- Experience in Web Design is a plus.
Translation/Copyright Volunteer
Location: Remote / On site
Commitment: Flexible, 6 hours a month, long term
Languages needed: Fluency in Dutch and English
We need a skilled translator to help us effectively communicate ourselves to both the English and Dutch audiences. You will translate our web content, social media posts and crowdfunding campaigns, ensuring our message is clear and without minor errors.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in translation and copywriting.
- Experience in writing grant proposals or funding requests is a plus.
- Keen attention to detail.
Video recorder/Editor Volunteer
Location: Remote / On site
Commitment: Flexible, x hours a month, long term
Are you passionate about the environment, video editing and capturing the livelihoods of bees? We are looking for a video recorder and editor who can help us gather footages and create clips to promote our efforts and to inspire the viewers.

Internship at Wellbeeing foundation
Job Type: Part-time/Full time, Internship
Commitment: 16-32 hours per week
Compensation: 200€-450€ a month
Start Date: January 2025, Duration: 6-12 months
Location Amsterdam, Partial Remote work possible
The WellBeeing Foundation is looking for a motivated and organised Fundraising Intern to join us! We are a small, dedicated team offering a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. Perfect for those keen to experience many different roles and a chance to diversify your portfolio!
What you will do:
- Fundraising and Donor management: Develop and implement fundraising strategies, actively reach out to potential donors, and cultivate relationships to enhance and maintain donor loyalty.
- Diversification of Income Streams: Identify and create new funding opportunities, such as grants and partnerships, while developing targeted marketing strategies to broaden financial support.
- Social media and communication: Create engaging content for social media to promote the foundation’s projects, raise awareness, and connect with potential donors.
- Organisation and Administration: Help keep our projects and volunteers on track by setting up meetings and staying on top of emails and administration of our foundation.
What you will need:
- Currently pursuing a degree in communications, economics, business, public relations, environmental science, or a related field.
- Motivated, autonomous, and able to work independently but also in a team environment.
- Experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, or non-profit work is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is a plus.
- Fluency in English, Dutch is a plus.
